Loan Documentation Specialist

The Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for generating loan documents related to consumers, commercial businesses, and SBA Lending. Must have excellent knowledge documenting, CRE, construction, mortgage, SBA and construction loans. Knowledge of loan funding/closing requirements and escrow/title practices to deliver a quality product from doc draw through loan funding and payoff.
Four to five years experience in documentation. Must have strong Laser Pro including Lawyer Pro and SBA documentation experience. This position reports to the FVP/Loan Document Manager.

Operations Administration Officer

Main Functions:

This role has a central and key role in overseeing and assisting with all the daily functions in the operations area of the bank. The operations administration officer is responsible for daily tasks such as processing all ATM activities, settlements and monitoring ACH transactions and returns. Minimum 3-5 years of banking operations experience required and must have strong knowledge of banking operations procedures.

Information Security Officer and Physical Security Officer

Main Functions:

This role has a central and key role in working with IT vendors on the Information Security of the bank, to ensure the company's information system assets are risk managed for regulatory exams, audits and in compliance to company standards and policies. Co-manage IT and Information Security assets with vendors. Serve as on-site IT support, main point of contact for MSSP's (Managed Service and Security Provider) service desk, IT projects, provision, upgrade and maintain new and current IT and Information Security technologies while ensuring the physical security of the bank.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field. Must have minimum 3+ years of IT and Information Security experience in banking operations, Proficient in the latest Windows, Server, Network, Information Security, Cybersecurity best practices, standards, policies and procedures
